Development of the Year - Medium award from Homes for Scotland to Campion Homes & Kingdom HA

Situated within the town centre of Alloa, Primrose Place was part of an extensive regeneration initiative and provides a housing solution to the local ageing community offering quality assisted living opportunities. The transformation of a derelict town centre site saw the creation of 60 brand new dementia friendly designed homes.

Congratulations to Kingdom Housing Association who also won "Home Builder of the Year, Affordable Housing Provider".
