Campion Homes designed and developed 45 energy efficient, affordable homes at Woodend Road, Auchterderran on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association.

Set within a central area of Fife, the village is within easy reach of transport links and is situated amongst rolling countryside.

The development comprises a mix of single storey detached and semi-detached bungalows, two storey semi-detached/terraced houses and four in a block two storey own door cottage flats which will provide residents with energy efficient homes which meet Housing for Varying Needs, Kingdom Housing Association’s own design standards and Secured by Design accreditation.

The new homes at Auchterderran provide a selection of 2 – 3 bedrooms, providing suitable accommodation for young families and some of the homes are specially adapted for elderly residents and those with mobility issues. All are for social rent.

Site access has been created at both Woodend Road and Kinglassie Road. Due to its location, the development provides outstanding views and offers a rural feel whilst still being accessible to neighbouring villages and towns.
