Monks Moss, Ladybank

The site was identified and acquired by Campion Homes and, following discussions, we were appointed negotiated design and build contractor on behalf of Fife Council.

The contract was to provide 23nr homes comprising cottage flats, amenity bungalows and general needs houses. Renewable Technologies incorporated were solar thermal panels and energy monitoring meters.

After delays, as a consequence of off site drainage issues, the project stalled for a number of years but perseverance on our part eventually overcame these and we ultimately provided much needed homes to the area.
